THIS IS WHAT WE DO
Young Life Toledo City is committed to meeting kids where they are.
This involves getting invested in the community and developing relationships with kids that allows us to invite them into a relationship with Christ. As we live life with them, we encourage them to live faithfully and challenge them to grow in character and pursue excellence as Christ challenges us to.
This is how we do it
CLUB
It's a party with a purpose! Kids we've met come and invite their friend and we have games, music, whacky skits and a gospel proclamation.
CAMPAIGNERS
Kids who have an interest in digging deeper and understanding their faith show up and we grow together in fellowship through scripture and prayer.
CAMP
The BEST week of your life! "It is a sin to bore kids with the gospel" says Jim Rayburn (founder of Young Life). Kids are invited to take a week long summer camp to one of Young Life's extraordinary camping experiences. They get to adventure and have fun with their leaders while engaging with a gospel proclamation from excellent speakers.
COMMITTEE
A group of local adults in the community who have a heart for kids in their areas to hear about Christ. They invest in leaders and staff members to grow in faith and mission to reach every lost kid. They dedicate their time, energy, and resources in making Young Life known and gaining community support.
